- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 pods (180g) broad beans
- 🧅 1/4 piece fresh onion
Condiments
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a dash of pepper
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the fresh onion. Remove the broad beans from their pods by twisting and splitting the pods. Make a shallow cut on the rounded side of each bean and peel off the thin skin.
Place the broad beans in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water (not listed in ingredients). Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the water.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
