In a microwave-safe container, mix minced pork with water, soy sauce, dashi powder, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Break apart the pork while mixing. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir to break the pork into crumbles.

Layer broccoli and bean sprouts on top of the pork mixture in the container. Cover loosely again and microwave at 600W for 3–3.5 minutes until the pork is fully cooked. Stir to combine.
