- 🍝 160g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Meat
- 🥩 120g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥦 80g broccoli (1/2 head)
- 🧅 100g onion (1/2 piece)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
Topping
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly, separate broccoli into small florets, and mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add onion and sauté over medium heat until softened, then add beef and cook until its color changes.
Add canned tomatoes, water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti (broken in half). Cover and simmer on low heat for the pasta's package cooking time. Add broccoli 2 minutes before the end, stir, and cover again.
Remove the lid, stir, and cook over medium heat to evaporate excess liquid. Serve on plates and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
