- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 50g kimchi
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let it cool under the wrap and shred into bite-sized pieces.
Separate the broccoli into small florets. Peel and thinly slice the stem. Place the broccoli and 1 tbsp water in another microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool and drain excess water.
Combine the broccoli, shredded chicken, kimchi, and the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, white sesame seeds) in a bowl and mix well.
