INGRÉDIENTS
Tofu
- 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head (125g) broccoli
- 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 2 ume plums
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 pack (4g) katsuobushi
ÉTAPES
Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Separate broccoli into small florets, trim the base of shimeji mushrooms, and remove seeds from ume plums before mashing them into a paste.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the tofu on medium heat until browned evenly.
Add broccoli, shimeji mushrooms, and water to the pan. Cover and steam for about 2 minutes. Remove the lid, stir, and add mashed ume plums and seasonings. Stir-fry until well combined.
