INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍄 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms
- 5 sprigs Italian parsley
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Trim the base of the maitake mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the Italian parsley.
Place the broccoli and maitake mushrooms in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆), along with the chopped Italian parsley, to the microwaved vegetables. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
