- 20g mentaiko

- 🥦 80g broccoli
Seasoning

- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1/4 tsp consomme
ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets.
Remove the insides of the mentaiko.
Boil water in a large frying pan, add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Add broccoli 1 minute before the spaghetti finishes cooking, then drain.
Wash the frying pan, add milk, butter, and consomme. Heat over medium heat until butter melts, then add the cooked spaghetti, broccoli, mentaiko, and salt. Mix well.
