- 🐖 200g sliced pork

- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍶 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of sansho pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add broccoli, yellow bell pepper, and sake to the pan. Cover and steam-fry for about 2 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Add mirin, soy sauce, and sansho pepper to the pan and stir-fry briefly to combine.
