- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (170g)
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp shio koji
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into smaller clusters.
In a microwave-safe container, combine the pork and seasonings (shio koji, garlic, and pepper). Massage the mixture into the pork. Add the broccoli and shimeji mushrooms, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Remove the container, stir the mixture, and cover loosely again. Microwave for another 2 minutes at 600W until the pork is fully cooked.
