INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 onion, quartered
- 🍄 3 mushrooms, sliced
For Coating
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Base
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 💧 200ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🥛 200ml milk
ÉTAPES
Separate the broccoli into small florets. Quarter the onion and slice the mushrooms thinly.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon until both sides are golden brown, then remove from the pan.
Wipe excess oil from the pan, add butter, and sauté the onion and mushrooms until the onion becomes tender.
Add flour to the pan and stir until the raw flour smell disappears. Pour in water, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add broccoli and simmer for another 2 minutes. Stir in the seasoning ingredients and mix until thickened. Return the salmon to the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
