- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (200g)
Protein
- 4 sausages
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
ÉTAPES
Cut broccoli into small florets, place in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute until tender. Drain excess water.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, drain, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Slice sausages diagonally in half. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add sausages, and stir-fry until browned.
Add potatoes and broccoli to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add the seasoning mixture (sugar, soy sauce, grain mustard) and mix well. Serve immediately.
