- 2 tbsp dried shirasu
Condiments
- 1 tbsp nameko sauce
- 1 packet (3g) bonito flakes
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain the water.
In a bowl, combine the broccoli, dried shirasu, nameko sauce, and the ☆ ingredients. Mix well.
