ÉTAPES
Wash the peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Cut broccoli into small florets, slice green onion diagonally, and thinly slice garlic after removing the core.
Mix the sake, miso, black pepper, and mirin in a bowl to create the sauce.
Layer green onion, broccoli, shrimp, and garlic in a frying pan. Pour the sauce over and top with butter. Cover and steam on medium heat for 5 minutes, then mix everything together.
