- 🥦 1 head broccoli

- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp

Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 💧 200ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Separate the broccoli into small florets. Place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces. Remove the veins from the peeled shrimp.
In a frying pan, combine all the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, chicken stock powder, pepper, garlic, and water) and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the tofu and broccoli, then bring it back to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Stir in the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) and cook while stirring until the sauce thickens. Add sesame oil and mix well before serving.
