- 3g salted kombu
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the broccoli into small florets and trim to bite-sized pieces if necessary. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Combine the broccoli with the tuna and all seasonings (salted kombu, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl and mix well.
