INGRÉDIENTS
Broccoli
- 🥦 900g broccoli
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Water to cover broccoli
Miso Dressing
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
ÉTAPES
Trim and wash broccoli in lukewarm water with baking soda. Rinse twice and blanch in boiling water with 1 tsp salt for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
If using ground sesame seeds, skip blending. Otherwise, blend all dressing ingredients together until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the blanched broccoli.
Mix well using gloves or by gently shaking the bowl.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
