- 🥦 1 head broccoli

- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
Seasoning
- 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
- 🧄 0.5 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Soak broccoli in water with vinegar for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and drain.
Boil water in a pot, add 0.5 tsp salt, and blanch the broccoli.
Rinse the blanched broccoli in cold water three times, tear into small pieces, and drain.
Wash 1/2 block of tofu under running water and blanch it in boiling water.
Drain the tofu thoroughly, using a cloth if available, and mash it finely in a bowl.
Add the blanched broccoli to the mashed tofu in the bowl.
Add 0.5 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 2 tbsp sesame seeds to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients gently until well combined.
Serve the broccoli tofu salad in a dish.
