- 🍅 1/2 tomato
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp water
Broccoli Tsukune
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (about 150g)
- 150g mixed ground meat
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 🧂 1/4–1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Chop the broccoli into small pieces and mix with the ground meat, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper to form a tsukune mixture.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Add water to the pan, cover, and steam the patties for 5 minutes.
Top the patties with sliced tomato and pizza cheese, cover again, and cook until the cheese melts.
