- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
Protein
- 2 pieces hanpen
Seaweed
- 5 sheets Korean seaweed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Separate the broccoli into small florets. Cut the king oyster mushrooms and hanpen into bite-sized pieces.
Place the broccoli in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Add the king oyster mushrooms to the container and microwave for an additional 1 minute. Drain any excess water and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, mentsuyu, sesame oil).
Add the cooked vegetables, hanpen, and torn pieces of Korean seaweed to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
