- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade yellowtail (buri)
- 3 shiso leaves, sliced
Marinade
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Combine mirin, soy sauce, ginger, and water in a small pot. Bring to a boil, then let cool.
Place the yellowtail slices in a bowl and pour the cooled marinade over them. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Slice the shiso leaves thinly and prepare them for garnish.
Serve the rice in a bowl, top with marinated yellowtail slices and sliced shiso leaves.
