INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 100g ground mixed meat
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
- 50g chives, cut into 5mm pieces
Oil & Spices
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and cut the chives into 5mm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground mixed meat and stir-fry until it changes color. Add the minced onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the cooked rice and beaten eggs to the pan. Stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and separates.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir until evenly coated. Add black pepper and chives, then stir briefly to combine.
