ÉTAPES
Separate treviso leaves and tear them into wrap-sized pieces. Halve the mini tomatoes and shell the edamame.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned. Add corn and edamame, then stir-fry for 1 minute.
Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Arrange treviso leaves on a plate, top with the stir-fried mixture, and garnish with halved mini tomatoes.
