ÉTAPES
In a bowl, mix the cooked white rice, butter, and a pinch of salt until the butter melts and is evenly combined.
In a separate container, mix the natto, ponzu soy sauce, and aonori until well combined.
Assemble the dish by placing the buttered rice in a serving bowl, topping it with the natto mixture, and creating a small well in the center. Crack an onsen egg into the well and garnish with chopped nori.
