- 🥩 100g beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🥬 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tbsp starch powder
Sauce Ingredients
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.3 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 A small amount of sugar or syrup
ÉTAPES
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and coat with starch powder.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the shredded cabbage until half-cooked.
Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and cook the coated beef until half-cooked.
Mix the sauce ingredients (oyster sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice wine, water, sesame oil, black pepper, and sugar).
Pour the sauce over the beef and cabbage, and simmer until the beef is fully cooked and the sauce is absorbed.
Serve the cabbage and beef mixture over a bowl of cooked rice.
