INGRÉDIENTS
Wrapper
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Protein
- 🍗 3 chicken tenderloins (150g)
Vegetable
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 3 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Binding
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard
ÉTAPES
Place chicken tenderloins on a microwave-safe plate, season with sake, salt, and pepper, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool and shred by hand.
Thinly slice the cabbage.
Heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add cabbage, and stir-fry until softened. Let cool.
Place 1/6 of the cabbage and chicken mixture on the edge of a spring roll wrapper and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a mixture of flour and water. Repeat for all 6 wrappers.
Heat 3 tbsp salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and pan-fry the rolls until golden brown on both sides.
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, and mustard in a bowl to prepare the dipping sauce. Serve the spring rolls with the sauce.
