Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥬 180g cabbage, roughly chopped
- 🥬 150g Chinese cabbage, sliced
Oils and Fats
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- Pinch of black pepper
- 💧 100ml water
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Separate the Chinese cabbage leaves and stems, slicing the leaves into bite-sized pieces and the stems diagonally into 1cm slices.
Slice the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the bacon until coated with oil. Add water, consomme, and salt, then mix well. Add the cabbage and Chinese cabbage, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add butter and mix until evenly incorporated.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
