INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (140g) cabbage
- 1 piece ginger
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 300ml water
Thickening
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the ginger into thin strips and slice the cabbage into 1cm wide pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over low heat, add ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, chicken stock powder, pepper, and water) and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pot to thicken the soup.
Pour the beaten egg into the soup and cook on low heat for about 1 minute, stirring gently.
