Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetable
- 🥬 1 cabbage (250g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Cheese
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🥛 50cc milk
ÉTAPES
Cut the core of the cabbage and shred it.
Slice the bacon into thin strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bacon, and sauté until crispy. Add cabbage and cook until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper, milk) and mix well. Once warmed, add half of the pizza cheese (20g) and stir until melted.
Prepare two cocotte dishes, divide the mixture evenly, and create a small well in the center of each. Crack an egg into each well and sprinkle the remaining pizza cheese around the egg.
Bake in a toaster oven for 5–10 minutes until the cheese melts and lightly browns.
