INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 leaves (320g) cabbage
- 🌿 2 sprigs parsley
Protein
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage lengthwise in half, then slice into 1cm strips. Cut boiled eggs into halves and then quarter each half. Finely chop parsley.
Mix cabbage with salt in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes. Rinse briefly in water and drain thoroughly.
In another bowl, combine cabbage, boiled eggs, and tuna. Add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice) and mix well.
Serve the mixture on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
