INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped into 2cm pieces
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms, trimmed and halved
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍑 1 plum, pitted and mashed
- 25g mentaiko, extracted
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into 2cm pieces and trim the enoki mushrooms, halving them and separating by hand.
Pit the plum and mash it with a knife. Extract the contents of the mentaiko by slicing it open.
Mix the plum, mentaiko, sake, and mirin in a bowl to create the seasoning mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the cabbage and enoki mushrooms until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
