INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (80g) cabbage
- 1/3 bunch (30g) chives
- 1/2 bag (100g) bean sprouts
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 piece ginger
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of red pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 500cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice chives into 3cm lengths. Mince garlic and ginger.
Cut pork belly into 2cm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and cook over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add the ☆ ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add cabbage and bean sprouts, cooking for 1–2 minutes. Dissolve miso into the soup and add chives, cooking briefly.
