INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 120g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, julienne the carrot, and slice the garlic.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add garlic and pork, and stir-fry.
Once the pork is cooked, add cabbage and carrot, stir-fry until coated in oil. Add steamed Chinese noodles and sake, cover, and steam for 2 minutes.
Uncover, loosen the noodles, and add the seasonings (chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper). Stir-fry until well combined.
