- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🌰 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seafood
- 🐟 2 fillets salmon
Condiments
- 2 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 💧 100 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the salmon and cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook for another minute.
Add sake, water, mirin, sugar, and ginger to the pan. Mix well and add the cabbage. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Move the ingredients slightly aside and dissolve the miso into the liquid. Mix everything thoroughly.
