Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Miso Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 50ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Cut the salmon fillets into quarters and season with sake, salt, and pepper.
Mix all the miso sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until softened.
Add the cabbage to the pan, place the salmon on top, pour the miso sauce over, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
