INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 70g pickled cabbage
- 🧅 1/4 stalk minced green onion
Eggs
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Seafood
- 1 tbsp shirasu (baby sardines)
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Oils
- 2 tsp salad oil for egg
- 1 tsp salad oil for rice
ÉTAPES
Squeeze the water out of the pickled cabbage and cut it into 1cm strips. Mince the green onion.
Heat 2 tsp of salad oil in a frying pan and pour in the beaten egg. Stir until semi-cooked, then remove from the pan.
Add 1 tsp of salad oil to the pan and stir-fry the white rice and minced green onion over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the pickled cabbage, shirasu, cooked egg, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
