INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 finely chopped leaf of cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp shirasu (whitebait)
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, and massage it. Let it sit for 3 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, prepared cabbage, and all the ☆ seasonings. Mix well and divide into 4 portions.
Wrap each portion in plastic wrap and shape into rice balls.
