- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook penne pasta 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 1/2 ladle of pasta water.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, add cabbage and squid, stirring on medium heat until coated in oil. Add soy sauce and mix briefly.
Add the penne and reserved pasta water to the pan. Stir well to combine, season with salt and pepper, then plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
