INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 can tuna (70g)
- 200g cabbage
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into 2cm wide pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until mixed.
Place the cabbage in a frying pan, add the seasonings (☆), and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, cover and simmer for about 7 minutes until the cabbage softens.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and tuna to the pan, cover again, and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture, cover, and cook on low heat for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and let it sit until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
