INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g cabbage, sliced into 1cm strips
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Canned Goods
- 🐟 70g canned tuna, drained
- 🍅 400g canned diced tomatoes
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp consomme
ÉTAPES
Slice cabbage into 1cm strips and mince garlic. Drain the canned tuna.
Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add cabbage and stir-fry on medium heat until softened.
Add tuna, canned tomatoes, and seasonings (sake, salt, pepper, consomme). Mix well and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
