- 🥬 10 large cabbage leaves
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧅 3 tbsp thinly sliced onion
Beef
- 🥩 250g bulgogi beef
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp soju
- 2 tsp plum extract
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of ground pepper
ÉTAPES
Wash 10 large cabbage leaves under running water and steam them for 5 minutes.
Soak thinly sliced onion and chopped green onion in cold water for 10 minutes to remove sharpness.
Mix the prepared rice with the vinegar mixture and let it cool.
Prepare the bulgogi marinade and mix it thoroughly with the beef.
Cook the marinated beef in a pan until fully cooked, ensuring it doesn’t burn.
Lay out the steamed cabbage leaves and spread the rice evenly on top.
Layer the cooked bulgogi, green onion, and onion on top of the rice.
Roll the cabbage tightly like sushi and slice into bite-sized pieces.
