- 600ml anchovy stock

ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients: chop cabbage, fish cake, green onion, onion, and zucchini into appropriate sizes.
In a bowl, mix cabbage with minced garlic, baby miso, and sesame oil.
Boil 600ml anchovy stock in a pot over medium heat.
Add the marinated cabbage and chopped vegetables to the boiling stock.
Add the fish cake towards the end of cooking to maintain its shape.
Finish by adding green onion and simmer briefly.
