- 160g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the cabbage. Mince the green onion and ginger.
Lay out the pork belly slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place the cabbage on top. Roll tightly.
Place the leftover cabbage on a microwave-safe plate, arrange the cabbage rolls on top, and drizzle with sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Mix the ingredients for the spicy green onion ponzu sauce in a bowl. Serve the cabbage rolls on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
