- 🥬 Large cabbage leaves
- 🍅 1 tomato
- Chopped green onion
- Chopped chives
- Sliced king oyster mushroom
- 🥕 Sliced carrot
Protein
- 1/2 block tofu
- 200g ground pork
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
Sauce
- Store-bought tomato sauce
- 💧 1/2 cup water
ÉTAPES
Blanch large cabbage leaves in boiling water with a pinch of salt until soft enough to roll. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
Finely chop vegetables like green onion, chives, king oyster mushroom, and carrot. Prepare tofu by mashing and draining excess water.
Mix ground pork, mashed tofu, minced garlic, chopped vegetables, cooking wine, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Combine well.
Place the filling inside each cabbage leaf and roll tightly. Arrange rolls in a pot.
Add sliced fresh tomato on top of the rolls for enhanced flavor. Pour store-bought tomato sauce and water over the rolls.
Cover the pot and cook on medium heat until boiling. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, occasionally spooning sauce over the rolls.
Garnish with fresh basil or chives before serving. Serve hot as a main dish.
