- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna (35g)
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/3 tsp consomme
Baking
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
ÉTAPES
Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
Cut the potatoes into 8 pieces, microwave them for 4 minutes at 600W, mash lightly with a fork, and season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a pan, add cabbage, corn, tuna, and salt and pepper, and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Reduce heat to low, add butter and flour, mix well, gradually add milk, and season with salt and consomme.
Toast breadcrumbs in a separate pan until golden brown. Plate the mashed potatoes, top with the cream sauce, and sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs.
