- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Protein
- 2 slices ham, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ground sesame
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot, thinly slice the ham, and shred the cabbage.
Place the shredded cabbage in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it cool.
Mix the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, ground sesame, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Combine the cooled cabbage, carrot, ham, and sesame mayo dressing. Mix well.
