Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Prepare the cabbage and tuna can. Chop the green onion and shred the cabbage.
Mix the sauce ingredients: gochujang, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, oyster sauce, and cooking wine.
Heat a pan with a drizzle of cooking oil. Stir-fry the shredded cabbage until slightly softened.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry with the cabbage until evenly coated.
Drain the tuna can and add the tuna to the pan. Stir-fry with the cabbage mixture.
Add chopped green onion and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well.
Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve the cabbage tuna mixture over steamed rice. Optionally, top with a fried egg and seaweed flakes.
