INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 12 slices pork loin (240g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g shredded cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Lay a slice of pork loin flat, season with salt and pepper, and place 1/6 of the shredded cabbage on top. Roll tightly from one end and wrap with another slice of pork. Repeat to make 6 rolls. Dust each roll with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip, add 1 tbsp water, cover, and steam on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and simmer while coating the rolls evenly.
