- 🍞 2 slices bread
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 🧂 4 tbsp sugar
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
ÉTAPES
Cut 2 slices of bread into small squares using scissors.
Toast the bread pieces in a frying pan until golden brown, then set aside.
Add 5 tbsp water and 4 tbsp sugar to the frying pan. Heat until the mixture turns syrupy without stirring.
Once the sugar mixture starts boiling, add 1 tbsp butter and let it melt without stirring.
Add 3 tbsp milk to the caramel mixture and stir gently. Then, add the toasted bread pieces and mix until evenly coated.
Place the caramel-coated bread pieces on parchment paper and let them cool until they harden.
