INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1 handful cabbage
- 3 handfuls tteokbokki rice cakes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 10 Vienna sausages
- 🥓 3 strips bacon
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 serving carbonara sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped chili pepper
- 💧 120 ml water
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare the cabbage, rice cakes, onion, sausages, and bacon. Use store-bought carbonara sauce.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Add onion and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Blanch sausages and bacon in hot water, then add them to the pan.
Pour in 1 serving of carbonara sauce and mix well.
Add 120 ml water and bring to a boil.
Add the rice cakes and simmer until they are soft and fully cooked.
Add chili pepper to taste and stir well.
Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve hot.
