- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot.
Mix the ground meat with the seasonings (mirin, soy sauce, garlic paste, chicken stock powder) in a bowl.
Place the carrot, bean sprouts, and seasoned ground meat in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Add white sesame seeds and sesame oil, then break apart the ground meat while mixing everything together.
